Versadial Solutions call recording software now fully compatible with ShoreTel VoIP phone solutions.
The new feature adds ShoreTel MGCP signal capturing to VSLogger version 4.7.1.
Irvine, California, September 26, 2016 – Versadial Solutions, an industry leading call recording solution provider, has added ShoreTel MGCP signal capturing.
The addition of ShoreTel MGCP allows VSLogger to capture <a href=”https://www.versadial.com/voip-call-recording/”>ShoreTel VoIP</a> call details without SMDR or CTI integration. This added capability makes Versadial’s software 100% ShoreTel VoIP compatible and greatly reduces the time required to configure the Versadial Call Recorder for ShoreTel phone system.
Prior to this feature, caller ID and other details had to be collected from a second link to a customer’s ShoreTel system; these important call details can now be extracted direct from MGCP signaling packets.
“Configuration of the call recorder with ShoreTel systems is now reduced because of this new integration.” said Adam Otterbein, Support Engineer at Versadial Solutions. “Removing the requirement of a SMDR port or CTI configuration allows users and our support team to trouble-shoot more quickly and reduce point of failures.”
