Psoriatic Arthritis is a type of chronic inflammatory arthritis that primarily affects toes and fingers followed by nail or skin psoriasis. The clinical features are varied but the major symptoms are peripheral arthritis, enthesitis, psoriasis, dactylitis and axial disease.
