Easy Vegan Meals! Soya Chunk Fry

In this article, I’m showing you guy’s stupidly lazy and easy vegan recipe which is one of my favorite recipes for easy vegan meals that you guys can whip up in less than 15 minutes. I am talking about Soya Chunks Fry. To be honest, probably it will take only about in 10 minutes. It is so easy to make and very delicious also. Soya chunk fry is perfect for those nights when you get home from work or school and you are feeling especially lazy and tired. People also can add this recipe to plant based diet for kids
Protein-rich soy is very beneficial for health. The taste of the various dishes made from this is also very interesting.

Necessary Ingredients
Soybean Chunks – 1 Cup
Piece of ginger – ½ inch
Green chilli-1
Capsicum – 1 (finely chopped)
Green coriander – 2 to 3 tablespoons (finely chopped)
Coconut Oil – 1 to 2 tablespoons
Cumin-¼ teaspoon
Coriander Powder- ½ teaspoon
Salt-½ teaspoon or taste

To make soya chunk fry, first, add soya in water for soaking it. Heat 1.5 cups of water in the pan to soak them. Once the water comes to boil, put soya chunk and ½ teaspoon salt in the pan. Then, cover the pan and turn the gas off. Soya chinks will be cooked well in 15 to 20 minutes.
Prepare the paste by grinding tomato, ginger and green chilies in a mixer. After all the preparations, heat the pan by burning the gas. Put oil in a hot pan. After the oil is warmed, put cumin seeds in the pan. Put coriander powder and tomatoes paste on the cumin seeds. Fry all ingredients with a spoon and fry it. Then put capsicum in it and fry the spices until the oil separates from the spices.
As the oil separates from the spice it means it is frozen and ready. Now, add salt to it and mix it. After this, put soya chunky and slightly green coriander in the spice. Cook all the ingredients for 2 to 3 minutes.
After 3 minutes, soya chunks fry will get ready, after get ready take it out in a plate. Add some green coriander to the top and garnish it. Soya Chunks is absolutely ready to serve.

Some important Suggestions
Instead of tomatoes paste, soya chunky fries can be made from finely chopped tomatoes and green chilies and grated ginger.
If you like onions, then chop a small onion finely and after stirring the cumin, then fry it until it becomes light pink and make the next vegetable as per the method has given above.
If you like to eat tart, then add a little bit of red chili powder in it.
You can also add vegetables like carrots, peas, beans or cauliflower to your favorite soya chinks fry.
